Return & Exchange Policy
If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (760) 463-2406 or email contactus@triple5glasslabs.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request photos of the damages. A shipping label and RMA will be issued upon receipt of damaged product photos.
*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice
*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.
If you are unsatisfied with any product, you may return it at your cost. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise and mail unused products to the following address:
